The simulation of gas flow to fractured wells in an element of gas reservoir with a low-permeability has been performed. The formulation of the problem takes into account the changing of the gas properties using the Peng-Robinson equation of state. Chitosan and antibiotic http://194.190.227.39/index.php/vestnik_bsu/article/view/4279 <p>The work is devoted to the study of the properties of compositions obtained on the basis of polylactide, chitosan and ceftriaxone. materials on the basis of which are intended for the protection and treatment of long-term non-healing wounds. It is shown that despite the fact that film compositions are obtained by melt processing at elevated temperatures, they are characterized by high microbiological activity against Staphylococcus aureus. The yields of the purposeful products are quite high and are 75–85%. The structures of the synthesized compounds are confirmed by IR and NMR 1H and 13C spectroscopy. The innovative solution presented in the article is the use of quantum chemical calculations to calculate the thermodynamic parameters of the iodide ion oxidation reaction and related processes, including interfering ones. The quantum chemical calculation was carried out in the UHF/LANDZP approximation. The main parameters for the calculation were the change in the Gibbs free energy and the EMF of the reaction. The data were analyzed by comparing theoretical data on the Purbe diagram, quantum chemical calculations and experimental results of oxidation. It was determined that β-carotene is present in all the studied varieties. Moreover, its content was identified in all parts of the pumpkins. However, α-carotene is contained only in two varieties. It was shown that the color of the pumpkin affected by the content of such carotene as lycopene. Of all the samples studied, lycopene was identified only in one variety. It was found that all the studied pumpkin samples contain xanthophylls both in the peel and in the pulp. Lutein was identified in all parts of the studied pumpkin varieties.
