Main components of the «information portrait» of water body: blocks of spatial data, hydrological and hydrochemical characteristics

Abstract

The paper introduces generalized concept of the state of water body which has to be used for orientation when the managing decisions are made. There are analyzed the parts of information blocks of spatial data, hydrological and hydrochemical characteristics necessary for drawing the “information portrait” of water body and further designing the information-managing system in relation to water resources.
