Abstract

In article approaches to an estimation of multilevel structures of management are considered, the analysis of existing methods of an estimation of influence of risk factors on realisation of projects on perfection of control systems is carried out. In work methodical recommendations are offered according to expediency of introduction of the process approach in operation of business on the basis of the device of systems of mass service.
