Abstract

The directions of development of automation in the enterprise and the factors influencing the choice of managers in choosing these directions are investigated. A mathematical tool is proposed to test the effectiveness of decisions taken. The simulation mechanism based on Petri nets is considered. Several variants of networks for simulating the passage of internal organizational and administrative documents through the processing nodes are presented. The results of modeling are considered both qualitatively and quantitatively, in particular, the likelihood of the document in the processing node for various options for organizing the passage of documents through the workflow network. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the existing network and the problems associated with the implementation of electronic document management in the system.
