Backbone parameters and structural management of development the integrated industrial system

Abstract

In article the approach to management of development of the integrated industrial systems (IIS) through structural transformations is considered. It is shown that as a result of change of backbone parameters during structural transformation of the IIS passes in new quality that allows to remove the contradiction between changes in an environment and possibilities of effective functioning. The model and the control system scheme is presented in the theoretical-plural form.
