The problem of modeling of the initial stage of electrochemical machining by the electrode-tool of a round form is solved. For modeling the non-monotonic dependence of current density on anodic potential, characteristic for processing in the passivating electrolytes is used. Thus the processed surface is divided into three regions: active dissolution, lack of dissolution (on the falling part of dependence) and weak dissolution at the small density of current. The numerical and analytical method of the solution of a problem with application of the theory of functions complex variable, allowed to use experimental data for modeling is developed.Downloads
