Abstract

The problem of metal transfer control and methods of optimization of this process for welding with a consumable electrode are considered. The main disadvantages of the existing methods of controlling metal tranfer are specified here. The direction of the science research is formed where the transfer of metal together with the main parameters of the welding arc iscontrolled.
