Abstract

The analytical functions depending on the company's revenue from measures of attention to the development of the means of production and to ensure the interest of workers in productive labor are proposed. A model of the optimal allocation of investment in the development of innovative means of production and for social purposes is developed. Models are obtained notonlyactivebut alsopassivein theinnovationof enterprises.
