Accounting requirements of employers for vocational qualifications of graduates in transition to the educational standards of new generation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of formation of mechanisms to ensure the communication requirementsof employers and educational standards and programs to professional qualification of graduates. One of these mechanisms is a Complex methodology for the monitoring of employment of graduates of professional education institutions, the final tool in the implementation of which should become the reference codifier in the form of a matrix of compliance of educational specialties of the graduates and professions/positions of employees in the economy.
