The grinding temperature determination in periodic heat flux

Abstract

It is established that the temperature of the discontinuous grinding with periodic heat flux consists of two components: an aperiodic continuously increasing component and a periodic impulse one. The transient change of the temperature is investigated; the formulas for determining the temperature of discontinuous grinding and transient time of the temperature change are derived.
