Automation of special actions’ frequency planning in frontier areas of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The description of the automated technology intended for use by experts of radio-frequency bodies of the various ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, such as the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Home Affairs, Federal Security Service and the Minister of Defence is resulted, at the solution of a problem of frequency maintenance of operative deployment of a group of radio-electronic means in frontier areas. The account of necessity of maintenance of electromagnetic compatibility with foreign radio-electronic sets is put in its basis, and also observance of requirements of the interstate Agreements determining an order of sharing of a radio-frequency spectrum in frontier areas.
