Abstract

Proposed method of complex diagnostics, providing for the use in the management of the process of selection and certification of personnel variant of complex diagnos-tics, based on the joint application of the expert (qualita-tive) and qualitative (numerical) methods to determine the value of the integral indicator of the level of profes-sional qualifications and personal qualities of specialists in the process of selection of candidates for vacant positions, and in the process of appraisal.
