Simulation of precision non-stationary electrochemical machining with circle and plate electrode-tool

For simulation of precision non-stationary electrochemical machining process the jump-like function of current efficiency is used, which determines the velocity of anode border motion. In this case the machining surface is divided into three parts: active dissolution, lack of dissolution (under lower current density) and transient region between these two parts, in which the current density value equals the critical one.Downloads
