The monolithic constructions of a blade-disk connection are increasingly developed. It increases the interest in the process of linear friction welding, which allows to solve the problem of repairing BLISKs and also which provides possible to obtain different structures and properties on the blade and on the wheel. Work is being done on the production of BLISK by the method of linear friction welding in the framework of the development of highprecision forging technologies and surface hardening of critical parts from aluminum alloys with increased structural energy efficiency. In this paper, a fragment of the blade-disk joint made of aluminum alloy D16, obtained by linear friction welding, was investigated.Downloads
