The work is devoted to solving the problem of improving the quality of electroplated coatings. To solve this problem, we analyzed the factors affecting the quality of coatings and a review of existing methods for improving the uniformity of electroplating. In the work, it is proposed to increase the degree of uniformity of the coating by optimizing the simultaneous control of the current density, the interelectrode distance, and the intensity of electrolyte mixing, taking into account changes in the electrolysis conditions. Studies of the effectiveness of the proposed control method were carried out using a mathematical model of the process and genetic algorithms, as a result of which it was found that the simultaneous control of three parameters allows us to significantly improve the uniformity and increase the deposition rate of a given coating thickness.Downloads
