The results of the study of the stress-strain state of structural elements (rods and plates with recesses) with stress concentrators under tensile load in order to determine the dangerous point and the stress concentration coefficient are presented. Investigated the stress distribution in the stress concentration zone given deformation plasticity and creep, it is shown that the theoretical stress concentration factor depends on the geometrical parameters of the groove and working conditions.Downloads
