The possibilities of solving complex multiphysical and interdisciplinary problems of deformed solid mechanics based on the ANSYS/WORKBENCH/CFX computing platform are demonstrated on the basis of a digital prototype (CPU). A three-dimensional gas-dynamic calculation of the air flow in the compressor channel was performed, followed by an assessment of the stress-strain state (VAT) of the radial compressor blade (RC), taking into account pressure, operating loads and temperatures. Qualitative and quantitative relations are obtained for the KIN and J-integral along the crack front, taking into account its size and shape of the front both in the blade tip and in the lock joint.Downloads
