Experimental investigation and mathematical modeling of seals gas-air path manufacturing technology
Keywords:
impulse electrochemical machining; nonstationary shaping; seal gas path; alternating current efficiency.Abstract
The problem of the radial seals of gas-air path modeling by the impulse electrochemical machining is considered. For experimental investigation the electrode-tool as a tube is used. The non-stationary shaping problem of the machining by the electrode-tool as a plate with a gap is solved. The dependence of the current efficiency on the current density was taken as a linear fractional function. The problem solution using the Schwartz formula is obtained.Downloads
