Abstract

 The main task of the work is to create a unified information system that will not only automate the processes of collecting and processing initiatives and innovation proposals, but also will increase the awareness of employees. The correct task statement for the innovator is one of the components of success, the other is the development of a universal innovation environment for the innovator. The development and implementation of this information system will increase and provide mechanisms for rapid communication with innovators, and the use of feedback at all stages of application review will allow you to control and manage the initiated ideas and proposals at each stage of the life cycle. This system is successfully used in the framework of work with small innovative enterprises of public joint stock.
