Abstract

Approaches and methods used to improve the personnel potential of an electric powerenterprise are analyzed. For example, the causes of emergency shutdowns of substations of theRepublic of Bashkortostan are analyzed, their dependence on the classification of personnelis established. A model for evaluating professional characteristics has been developed to determinethe compliance of an employee of an electric power enterprise with the position he occupies, andto evaluate employees for the formation of a personnel reserve and planning professionaladvancement and career.
