Digital information and analytical system of development management (DIASDM) of the university. Part II. Criteria-indicative system of analysis and the inference system of DIASDM

Abstract

As the control logic of the digital information-analytical system of development managementof the university, a criterion-indicative system for analyzing the integral characteristics of objects and processes and the inference system associated with it are proposed. The analysis of the system of indicators is implemented on the basis of objective and subjective criteria-based diagnostics of the target indicators of the educational and innovative activities of the university. All indicators were decomposed into groups according to target characteristics and the subsequent synthesis of the integral indicator was performed. The set of states and actions is implemented on the basis of production rules. The inference systems represent the knowledge and experience accumulated during the functioning of the system,  knowledge and experience in the functioning of similar systems and are the driver of the DIASDM. The criterion-indicative structure of the DIASDM allows to accumulate, and the inference system to translate advanced effective solutions into the university system.
