Investigation of grid convergence in modeling the combustion process in the GM-10 burner.

The problems of modeling combustion processes with the help of 3D numerical simulation of combustion processes are considered on the example of the GM-10 burner. The effect of the number of grid elements on the simulation results was studied. The main characteristics of the GM-10 burner are given, its 3D model with the output area is built. Various variants of the grid with a different number of elements have been built. The process of natural gas combustion in the GM-10 burner was simulated. Conclusions are drawn based on the simulation results. Further possibilities of using the model are considered.Downloads
