Abstract

The article presents the development of an automated installation for mixing and supplying coolant to equipment based on a complex of cavitation-vacuum mixing of liquids in order to increase labor productivity and eliminate the human factor. The calculation of the parameters of the process of mixing the components of the LC system in the developed system was performed, and the magnitude of the pressure loss in the pipeline was also determined. The calculations showed that there is a regular decrease in the average density of water in the process of the formation of the cavitation effect and its subsequent leveling at the outlet due to the combination with a concentrator of lower density under the action of gravity.
