Abstract

The method of topological analysis of the structure of a fuzzy cognitive model of project feasibility assessment for the establishment of information-control systems in conditions of fuzzy input data is being considered. The algorithm for processing the fuzzy input data is being offered. The example of topological analysis of the structure of a fuzzy cognitive model that identifies significant factors for project feasibility assessment is given.
