Modeling of plating process in view of geometrical configurations of electrodes

Abstract

 In this article the problem of obtaining a uniform electroplating. Analyzed the modern process control techniques plating baths with multi-section anodes. The research on the influence of process parameters on the uniformity of the coating. The analysis and the choice of methods of multivariate extremum search, we propose a model of extreme multidimensional control system current density, distance between electrodes and electrolyte mixing intensity during the coating deposition and investigated the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
