Project feasibility estimation to creation informationcontrol systems with procedure application learning of fuzzy cognitive model

Abstract

The method of the project feasibility assessment to creation of information-control systems in the conditions of fuzzy initial data with application of procedure of learning of fuzzy cognitive model is considered. The method allows to conduct out search of the best values of parameters of the factors providing implementation of the made demands to reliability of the created information-control systems. The algorithm of updating of scales of communications between nodes of a graph of fuzzy cognitive model in the conditions of fuzzy initial data is offered. The example illustrating a method and algorithm is given.
