Investigation of the shroud configuration influence of advanced turbine blades engines on strength characteristics

Abstract

 This paper provides the analytic investigation of the  effect of some design shroud features of advanced  turbine  rotor  blades  on  the  stress?strain  state.  Study  results  demonstrate that the use of optimization  methods is feasible  in  shroud  design  in  order  to  reduce  stresses  and  elongation.
