A new approach of frequency spectrum optimization of turbine blades with a complex cooling system is developed. It's based on the next principle: an equivalent solid blade is used instead of a real cooled blade during a frequency optimization. Equivalence between blades means an equality of an analyzable frequency spectrum. Blades sections remain identical and equivalence is achieved by changing material properties of a solid blade. An optimization lies in tuning out of blade frequency from dangerous modes during minimal changes of not dangerous Eigen frequencies and blade mass minimization. It's shown that to satisfy requirements of an Eigen frequency optimization on several modes the best results can be found by creating an equivalent blade with a specific thin "walls" and solid inner parts, which volumes are changed according to variation of chord sizes and section thicknesses.Downloads
