Thispaper proposes a solution to the problem of planning maintenance and repair work for engineeringsystems in architecturally and infrastructurally complex buildings. It analyzes existing approaches andsoftware solutions and identifies their limitations and drawbacks. The paper presents the developedfunctional and information models of the maintenance and repair planning process, the algorithms forcreating effective maintenance plans, the architecture of the developed information system that providesautomated creation of maintenance plans taking into account spatial and temporal constraints, the construction of maintenance routes on building plans, and the screen forms of the implemented system forplanning, executing, and monitoring the performed work during maintenance and repair. doi 10.54708/19926502_2025_29411072Downloads
