Radial clearance changes features and burned coatings depreciation in the axial compressor at blades flutter

Mathematical model of change of radial clearance, and the specific characteristics of the coating wear burnished on the body in the event of axial compressor rotor blades of flutter was proposed. It is shown that in the event of blade flutter traveling wave deformation variation of the radial clearance can be represented by a set of Bessel functions of the first kind. A method for diagnosing a flutter on the rotor blades of the compressor characteristic features burnished wear coating has been proposed. Examples where, based on analyzing wear burnished coatings can infer the presence or absence of flutter in this mode of operation of the compressor, and to determine the number diametral waveform at which flutter have been implemented are shown.Downloads
