Abstract

The stress-strain state of the intake manifold (IM) of the ZMZ 40620 engine under operational loads has been investigated. The main factors affecting the strength and rigidity of the IM structure were identified. An analysis of deformations under the influence of temperature and the differential between atmospheric and internal pressure in the modified design was carried out, justifying the selection of the most optimal design options for the manifold. Recommendations for changing the shape and dimensions of the main structural elements of the manifold are presented   doi 10.54708/19926502_2026_30311310
