Keywords:

Results of experimental study and a model of electrolyticplasma polishing process (EPP) as a structure of basic dynamic units with variable parameters are presented. A new process control method for the EPP is proposed. The method includes optimal voltage control program and in?situ measurement of surface roughness and thickness of the removed layer. Methods of impedance spectroscopy, linear mathematical programming and neural network modeling have been applied. The block diagram of the optimal control automated system and the prototypes of hardware and software are described.Downloads
