Diagnostics of electrolytic plasma polishing by acoustic spectra

New acoustic spectra of electrolytic plasma polishing (EPPo) process have been obtained. An interrelation between electric and acoustic spectra of the process has been found. Study of acoustic spectra provided informative frequency range which contains a time-varying spectral peak. Correlation analysis shows a strong connection between surface roughness Ra and a position of the peak.Downloads
