Ontological approach application in information management of social and economic systems

Аннотация

In the paper an ontology model, describing some aspects of common information space, is presented. Management consulting and information management are described first, and place of information management domain in FEACO classification are shown. Then problems of management consulting organizations in addressing domain are analyzed. Then conception, based on common information space idea, aimed to solve some revealed problems, is proposed. It’s specified for case of IT-infrastructure development management. Then method of estimation of quality of IT-consulting services is described.
