The offered approach to optimization managerial system complex mechatronic object, allowing simplify the procedure of the syntheses of optimum management real-time and simultaneously perfect the quality of the operation managerial system mechatronic object in condition of the uncertainties. Efficiency of the approach is conditioned by reduction of the computing expenseses in process of the syntheses optimum abutted against-pouring and automation of the procedure of the choice weight factor minimized target function way their adaptive adjustment in process of the operating the system.
