Client classification based on fuzzy information

We have considered the basic methods of classification of clients. Presentation of the classification algorithm, which combines the well-known RFRM-method, multicriteria evaluation of customer and fuzzy decision trees. The algorithm takes into account the different types of data and assess the degree of membership of a new client to the target class loyalty. Experimental results are shown.Downloads
