Automated designing of the main unit construction of afterburning turbofan by means of an example of the al-31f family engine

The article presents the results of design modeling of the main units of the aircraft of afterburning turbofan engines of the IV generation of the AL-31F family using the developed expert decision support system. The simulation results are compared with the design of the units, and the average relative error in modeling the compressor structure is 4.5 %. The average relative error when turbine modeling is 2.5 %, when combustion chamber modeling is 4.47 %, when the afterburner modeling is 5.68 %, and when the jet nozzle modeling is 11.8 %. The materials offered by the expert system correspond to the materials used in the construction.Downloads
